Malariya Pi empowers Community Health Workers (CHWs), health center staff, and lab technicians in Burundi with digital tools to streamline malaria Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT) procedures. Through intuitive, step-by-step visual guidance, the app ensures accurate RDT image capture, seamless result interpretation, and effective patient management—all in one place. Key Features:
- RDT Administration: Easily conduct malaria RDT testing, interpret results, and document treatment or triage decisions with guided workflows.
- Guided RDT Image Capture: Capture clear, high-quality images of RDTs with simple, visual instructions.
- Seamless Patient Referrals: Refer patients from the community to health centers with rich referral details. This feature is fully operational offline.
- Offline First Support: All app features work without an immediate internet connection, ensuring accessibility even in the most remote areas.
